1. Additional opportunities available
Following the suspension of housingmoves’ Choice Based Mobility scheme we have been looking at alternative ways of increasing the supply of properties available for households who wish to move away from their current home to other parts of the country.
We have maintained our ‘CBM’ relationship with four leading Housing Associations: this list shows the properties (PDF) that they have available for letting right now. The properties available are often a long distance from London but are available to households aged 55 and over, and are all retirement accommodation.
If you are interested in a move to any of these properties then you should contact your council’s Seaside & Country Homes officer. If you are unsure as to who to contact then please call us on 08450 21 20 20 and we will point you in the right direction.
