1. Dovercourt, Essex
LOCATION: Dovercourt is a small Essex seaside town close to Harwich and about 90 miles from the centre of London. Seaside & Country Homes has one and two-bedroom flats in two-storey blocks close to the seafront. Dovercourt is well served by transport links, has a good town centre and offers seaside living within easy reach of London. Pets are allowed.

2. Carolyn House - Durrington-on-Sea, near Worthing
Carolyn House is in Durrington-on-Sea, just two miles from the centre of Worthing, 13 from Brighton and just 75 minutes from the centre of London. These flats, in three-storey blocks, are in a newly decorated and popular scheme with well kept lawns to the front and rear, communal parking and views of the Sussex Downs to the north.

Typically the properties consist of an airy sitting room, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering either access to communal lawns (ground floor) or to a private balcony (first and second floors); one or two bedrooms (often with fitted furnishings); kitchens, equipped with cupboard spaces and with electric fittings and designed for modern conveniences (with serving hatches offering extra light); bathrooms which can be adapted to fit showers where needed and large receptions and ample storage space throughout.
Sitting rooms and bedrooms are heated by modern (not brick) storage heaters; there is a communal area for residents and their guests with a fully-fitted kitchen; access to each flat is through a communal front entrance, the halls have recently been decorated and there is an on-site caretaker several days a week to help residents with all manner of tasks.
Worthing is the largest town in West Sussex. The town centre is home to most high street shops and several larger department stores. On the seafront there is a stunning art-deco pier which plays host to touring bands, comedians and theatre productions. In total, there are 213 listed buildings in Worthing, many of which are open to the public. These include Beach House, overlooking Beach House Park and its bowling green.
3. Oulton Broad - near Lowestoft
Situated in the beautiful county of Suffolk, Oulton Broad (near Lowestoft) is widely considered as one of the most pleasant parts of the Broads and The Broads National Park is located near to the town.
