Knightstone operate in the south west of England and have been a key provider of social housing in the area for 35 years.

Their housing includes general needs, supported housing, sheltered housing, low-cost homeownership and services to homeowners. They manage more than 11,000 properties in total, including Seaside & Country Homes stock in Minehead, Worle and Bridgwater (all in Somerset).

Although the majority of Knightstone properties are family accommodation for rent, they are also a major developer of homeownership schemes and providing housing for older people. In addition, Knightstone also have a substantial portfolio of supported housing and care schemes, including floating support services.

As well as the bricks and mortar, Knightstone have over 40 tenancy support workers who work with their residents and others to help them to maintain their tenancies.
