Angmering & East Preston

Picture of a propertyAngmering and East Preston are large semi-rural villages located between Littlehampton and Worthing in West Sussex. The main features of Angmering are its many historic houses dating back to the 1400s; East Preston is close by. Both are well served with bus and train routes to Worthing and Brighton.

Bognor Regis

Picture of a property in Bognor RegisBognor Regis has recently been subject to regeneration work but remains recognisable as the seaside resort so favoured by King George V that he bestowed its regal suffix upon the town's original name Bognor. The town centre is largely pedestrianised and is home to most major shops, many regency buildings and a famously 'shrinking' pier.

Bracklesham Bay

Picture of a propertyBracklesham Bay looks out over the Isle of Wight from the coastal bay of the Manhood Peninsula in West Sussex. The beaches are popular with surfers and fossil hunters. The town of Selsey is near by and the area is well served with transport links to the city of Chichester, eight miles away.

Brighton

View from a propertyThe city of Brighton is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the UK and offers traditional seaside entertainment, such as the Palace Pier and Theatre Royal, alongside the unique shopping Lanes and a rich Regent tradition. SCH properties are in the Preston Park region and benefit from some adaptations.

Hailsham

Hastings

There are two funicular railways that give stunning views across the Channel and lead up to the crumbling Castle.
