Littlehampton

Picture of a propertyLittlehampton is a seaside town that boasts two award-winning beaches and a new riverside development; the local Mewsbrook Park has also won the Green Park award, given only to the best parks in Britain. Traditional seaside activity such as Punch and Judy shows and a seafront promenade train take place during the summer.

Peacehaven , Saltdean and Telscombe Cliffs

Picture of a propertyPeacehaven, Saltdean and Telscombe Cliffs are all situated above the chalk cliffs towards the east of Brighton. Peacehaven has a pleasant village green and a plentiful supply of pubs and restaurants and offers wonderful views of the Channel; Seaford is a prosperous village and home to one of the last open-air swimming lidos. Telscombe Cliffs is on the South Downs and offers similar views.

Rustington

Picture of a propertyThe seaside village resort of Rustington has expanded considerably in recent years; there is a comprehensive local shopping centre offering a traditional bakers, ironmongers and greengrocers, in addition to a nearby Sainsburys store. It is close to Angmering and has a large number of historic buildings in the area. The town also performs well in local south-east-in-bloom competitions. Both villages are well served by the coastal bus route which links most of the villages on the south coast with the larger towns and cities.

Selsey

Picture of a propertySelsey lies at the southernmost point of the Manhood Peninsula, a small island almost cut off by the sea from mainland Sussex and there is just one road in and out of the town. Selsey Bill can be found at the southern tip of Selsey.
