We have properties in the following towns in Cornwall:
The small village of Illogan lies between the north Cornwall coast and the ancient mining towns of Cambourne and Redruth in the Kerrier District of Cornwall which, until its replacement later in 2009 by the new Cornwall Unitary Authority, remains the most southerly district council in the United Kingdom (except for the Isles of Scilly).
Once famous as a tin mining village Perranporth is now a family resort with miles of golden sands, fine cliff walks and a boating lake. Nature watchers enjoy the coastal paths as the cliff top boasts a colourful mass of wild flowers and bird life. There are many quiet villages in the surrounding area and other impressive features include the Piran Round, an Iron Age camp, and the Millennium Sundial which is set to Cornish time, a full 20 minutes ahead of GMT.
